How do I make a purchase?

When you find a product you would like to purchase, simply select your size (if relevant) and add it to your shopping cart. The cart can be found in the top right corner of your screen. Visit your shopping cart and follow the prompts for payment and shipping to confirm your order. Can I return a personalized item?

Once a “Made to Order” or personalised item has successfully been submitted for order, we are not able to cancel, modify or refund the purchase. Should you encounter a problem with the quality of a personalised item please contact us.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our items, all are considered made-to-order meaning your piece will be made especially for you once you have placed your order. Therefore, if a product is visible it is available to be ordered and made by local Italian artisans just for you.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and ApplePay.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Quintessenza?

We have partnered with Stripe and the security of our website host, Squarespace, because of their diligence when it comes to security. You can feel safe and trust that your information is secure and confidential.

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive two emails from us following placing your order. First, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. After that, we will confirm your details on our end and then you will receive a second email from us with information related to shipment and confirmation of your order. Should you have questions related to an order you have placed, please contact us.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?

Quintessenza delivers its products to the UK and Europe. We are currently in progress of expanding our shipment capabilities to other countries. Stay tuned!

When will I receive my order?

Orders shipped using our delivery partners are delivered Monday through Friday. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking and delivery of your particular order. Quintessenza Experiences is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are having difficulty receiving your order please contact us.

Am I able to track my order?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email detailing your unique tracking number which you can you use to check the status of your shipment.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. This does not apply to personalized items which are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

You have up to 28 days (from receipt of order) to request an item return. This does not apply to personalized items which are non-refundable.

If my order is delayed does that affect my returns period?

You have 28 days from receipt of order to request return. Once a request has been made you have 14 days to return the items to us. If there is any reason you cannot complete a return request or arrange collection within this time frame, please contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

No, unfortunately not.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, you have to submit a new order.
